Hilliker Corporation tailors its property management services to each owner’s and property’s needs. Our management services include one or all of the following services, depending on the owner’s wishes:

  • Collection and Deposit of Receivables
  • Administration of Vendor Contracts, Service Contracts, Real Estate Taxes, Assessments and Insurance Policies
  • Obtaining Competitive Bids for Major Work and Contracts
  • Inspection of Completed Work before Payment
  • Payment of Bills
  • Responding to Tenant Requests, Inquiries and Problems
  • Working with Applicable Government Agencies
  • Negotiating Lease Renewals
  • Negotiating New Tenant Leases
  • Providing the Owner with a Monthly:
    • Report of Events and Condition of Property
    • Cash Flow Report
    • Balance Sheet
    • Bank Statement
    • Disbursement Check

Hilliker Corporation’s management agreements give our clients the right to terminate the agreement, at any time during the term of the agreement, on thirty days notice. No client of Hilliker Corporation has ever chosen to exercise this right, and no client has ever asked to not renew, at the expiration of its management agreement with Hilliker Corporation.
