True North Construction Purchases Office/Warehouse Building at 1558 Fenpark Dr.
Former location of Kadean Construction, brokered by Will Aschinger, the second deal in three years.
St. Louis (February 09 , 2023) – True North Construction, recently purchased a 10,000-square-foot stand-alone office/warehouse building located at 1554 Fenpark Dr., Fenton, MO, 63026, for an undisclosed price. The owner of the property was Kadean Construction, and the location is Class A-space in the heart of Fenton Industrial Park. Will Aschinger, Hilliker Corporation Vice President and Principal, represented Pete Joyce, of True North Construction, in a deal that closed January 3, 2023.
Three years ago, Aschinger helped Joyce lease 4200-square-feet in Fenton. With True North Construction anticipating doubling in size, Aschinger started looking for Class-A space to help the company move and expand. According to Joyce, he was looking for a centrally-located headquarters location to allow the company to grow from 15 to over 100 employees, and they beat out 3 other bidders for the property.
