St. Louis (February 1, 2023) – Hilliker Corporation has facilitated the sale of the commercial property located at 11004 Manchester Rd. St. Louis, MO 63122, to Milchester Properties, LLC, for an undisclosed price.
The 4,000 square foot office/retail space was owned by Fortunata Enterprises, Inc. The buyer was represented by Brian Kelly and Miguel Garcia, of Revel Commercial Real Estate. The seller, Fortunata Enterprises, was represented by Kevin Eskridge, Hilliker Corporation Broker Associate. Eskridge works with a variety of clients from entrepreneurs to established business owners, to buy or lease new facilities.
