St. Louis (January 30, 2023) – Hilliker Corporation has facilitated the purchase of the commercial property located at 1375 Peterson Industrial Dr., Greenville, IL 62246, for Lotus Industries LLC.
The 45,000 square foot commercial space was owned by Peterson Spring Corporation. The seller was represented by Steve Zuber, James Leopold, and Cole Hensel, all of whom are part of BARBERMURPHY. Lotus Industries LLC was represented by Kevin Eskridge, Hilliker Corporation Broker Associate.
