Hello. Hal Ball here with Hilliker Corporation commercial real estate. And today I’m in Barnhartt, Missouri, with my good friend Mike Kendall. Mike is with Kendall Capital Group, and he is a strategic partner, and he is a business broker. Mike, what do we sell here today?

Well, you got to ask yourself, is it a piece of property or is it a business? In this case, we’re standing in front of peaceful Shepard Hills Cemetery. 40 acres, and it is a business, and it’s a very nice business. It’s got about 46 years of life left in the cemetery before it exercises any of its options to buy additional real estate. And we sold it. And it was a very nice deal.

Yes, we made another deal. Not only did we sell a piece of property, but we sold the business with Mike’s help. And if we can sell a cemetery, Nick, we can sell just about anything.
