Missouri’s Largest Homebuilder Moves Forward with New Home Development in Union, MO
McBride Homes purchases 31.8 acres of vacant land, brokered by Jeff Price and Scott Martin of Hilliker Corporation
St. Louis (Dec. 6, 2022) – 31.8 acres of vacant, gently-rolling land within the city of Union, MO., has been purchased by Missouri’s largest homebuilder, McBride Homes (St. Andrews Drive Development LLC). Demand and interest in new housing is still high, in spite of the current economic conditions and with new construction home loan interest rates almost doubling during the due diligence period.
The development, called St. Andrews Meadows, features easy access to Highway 50 and I-44. The community is conveniently located near shopping, entertainment, groceries, restaurants, and bars. This new construction neighborhood offers two separate villages of single-family homes backing Veterans Memorial Park.
