St. Louis (April 18, 2024) – Will Aschinger, Hilliker Corporation Vice President, Principal, recently facilitated the sale of a 7,500-square-foot-office building for an undisclosed amount located at 1623 Headland Drive, Fenton, MO, which was previously owned by the former Blue Chip Pest Services after the company was sold to Terminix / Bug Out.
This is the second deal Aschinger has facilitated for the Company that closed Feb. 28, 2024.
Simultaneously, Hilliker Corp. / Westwood Agents had a record year of $295,000,000 in sales last year.
In 1991, Aschinger joined Hilliker Corporation and has used his entrepreneurial spirit to help his clients find and acquire properties as well as sell and lease his clients’ properties on desirable terms.
