St. Louis (August 20, 2024) – Will Aschinger, Hilliker Corporation Vice President, Principal, recently facilitated the sale of a 12,100-square-foot-office building for an undisclosed amount located at 2819 Breckenridge Industrial Ct., Brentwood, MO 63144, which was previously owned by AB Realty II LLC.
Brian Pfotenhauer of Timberline Landscapes, purchased the building as an investment property and for possible future expansion to handle his entrepreneurial growth. Timberline Landscapes is headquartered at 2827 Breckenridge Industrial Ct. located just a few feet from this building, making it a strategic purchase.
The office warehouse building was built in 1966, situated on an 0.890 acre lot and features 4 loading docks.
