Available near midtown St. Louis are two commercial buildings totaling nearly 65,000 square feet of space used by Wilkes Group, a direct marketing company.
Wilkes greatly reduced operations this month and, as a result, Hilliker Corp. has the job of finding new tenants. The available buildings, situated on 2.5 acres of land, are at 3401 Chouteau Avenue and 900 South Theresa Avenue.
Before scaling back operations, Wilkes Group had 45 employees and had occupied the Chouteau and Theresa locations for nearly 30 years, Hilliker said.
“The buildings and property are in a very high traffic area located across from the extended St. Louis University campus at Grand and Chouteau,” said Hal Ball, of Hilliker.
Phone calls to Wilkes Group are being picked up by Gabriel Group, a direct marketing firm based in Earth City. A Gabriel official said Wilkes continues to operate a facility in Perryville, Mo.
