St. Louis (September 13, 2022) – A 25,000-sq.-ft. of the industrial building has been leased by Wexford Labs, Inc. brokered by H. Meade Summers of Hilliker Corporation, based in St. Louis, Missouri.
The building was constructed in 1908. Wexford Labs Inc. manufactures CleanCide germicidal wipes, that deliver powerful efficacy against pathogens, without the harmful effects of other chemical disinfectants. The company manufactures these wipes in Kirkwood, MO, and will use the warehouse space to store empty containers ready for packaging. The landlord is Summers and Greytak Enterprises LLC. Wexford Labs is represented by H. Meade Summers, Hilliker Corporation President.
