Hello, Hal Ball here with Hilliker Corporation Commercial Real Estate. And today I am in Maryland Heights, Missouri at Northpoint’s River Port Industrial Development. And yes, we made another great real estate deal. Our long term client, Smart Karton Packaging, who makes an amazing all paper recyclable packaging product, recently won several large contracts and needed to expand from their 25,000 square foot facility to a larger spot. We canvassed the entire market and found this to be the ideal location. We then negotiated a 75,000 square foot seven year deal at under $7 of square foot for this, the brand new first building in the development. We also received 5,000 square feet of new office finish, heavy power, and we even got some free rent thrown in. So it turned out to be a really great deal. What the heck? You too. Oh, the place looks awesome. We can’t wait to get moved in and crank up production here. This is going to be awesome, man. I was just thinking, I’ve been dealing with you guys at Hilliker for over 25 years, and it’s just hard to believe. But you’ve always done such a great job for me and all my numerous businesses. I wouldn’t think of going anywhere else.
