St. Louis (March 22, 2022) – Things are ‘bubbling up” at Hilliker Corporation, which has brokered the purchase of the commercial property located at 7258 Devonshire Ave, St. Louis, MO 63119 in the amount of $305,000, for Bubble Bus – JVR Enterprises, LLC (aka the “Bubble Man”), a mobile events business specializing in creating memories with one-of-a-kind bubble effects and massive bubble production.
The 3,500-square-foot commercial space is approximately 50 years old, and formerly occupied by Scally Waterproofing Co. This building is adjacent to the current Bubble Bus building at 7244 Devonshire Ave. Bubble Bus JVR Enterprises LLC was represented by Will Aschinger, Hilliker Corporation Vice President, Principal, who was the top producing broker in 2021 closing 30 transactions including sales and leases totaling $21,182,060. He initially worked with John Reider over 5 years ago, in the purchase of the first building on an adjacent property, which JVR Enterprises outgrew. In anticipation of this expansion, Aschinger maintained contact with the owner of the adjacent property and was able to broker the purchase at the optimum time.
