Owner Jeff Phillips, represented by Will Aschinger , for sale of Ballwin and St. Peters buildings
St. Louis (November 15, 2023) – St. Louis Hot Tubs, recently purchased a 3,500-square-foot commercial retail building with 0.5 acres of property, located at 14931 Manchester Ave. Ballwin, MO 63011, for an undisclosed price. The property features a showroom, six offices, a 400 sq. ft training room/kitchen, and 22 parking spaces. The owner of the property is Jeff Phillips, and the property was formerly occupied by Blue Chip Pest Services.
Will Aschinger, Hilliker Corporation Vice President and Principal, represented Phillips, in a sale that closed on September 1, 2023. Hilliker Corporation is also brokering the sale of Blue Chips St. Peters location. Blue Chip recently sold its business and does not need these commercial properties.
