Simply Bella Aesthetics Opens New Store at The Meadows at Lake St. Louis
This new retail space lease was brokered by Will Aschinger
St. Louis (February 28 , 2023) – Simply Bella Aesthetics, recently celebrated a ribbon-cutting and grand opening at 21 Meadows Circle Dr., Suite 324, Lake St. Louis, MO, 63367. The lessee of the property is Kristen Herina (PRN, FNP-C, MSN), owner of Simply Bella Aesthetics. The company will share space with The Drip Factor, operated by Michelle Wallweber (MS, RN), and Simply Wurth It, operated by Jamie B. Wurth (FNP-C). Will Aschinger, Hilliker Corporation Vice President and Principal, represented Kristen Herina, in a deal that closed November 1, 2022.
