Scinomix Purchases Office Building at
4390 Green Ash Dr.
Former location of VoicePro, brokered by Will Aschinger, to expand their business
St. Louis (March 01, 2023) – Scinomix, recently purchased a 10,635-square-foot stand-alone office/warehouse building located at 4390 Green Ash Dr., Earth City, MO 63045, for an undisclosed price. The owner of the property was VoicePro, and the location is Class A-space in the heart of Earth City industrial park. Will Aschinger, Hilliker Corporation Vice President and Principal, represented Ellie Proffer, President of Scinomix, in a deal that closed February 9, 2023.
