The exceptionally clean facility, previously used for pharmaceutical operations, was quickly purchased by Lakebrink Heating and Air Conditioning, a locally owned company that has been operating out of two separate locations in Union. President Allen Eaker acted swiftly to acquire the property in September and has begun renovations to customize it for his expanding business.
The building includes approximately 2,500 square feet of office and lab space, 20-foot ceilings, and is 100% sprinklered and fully air-conditioned. Additional features include 480-volt, 3-phase power, three truck docks, and two drive-in doors, offering ample functionality for manufacturing, distribution, and service operations. With this new facility, Lakebrink Heating and Air Conditioning will be able to consolidate its operations under one roof — increasing efficiency and positioning the company for continued growth in the Union area.
