St. Louis (June 19, 2023) – Romantique Jewelers recently purchased the former retail bank building and property located at 13033 Olive Blvd., St. Louis, MO, 63141 from the seller, Simmons Bank.
K Rod Real Estate, the buyer, was represented by John H. (Jake) Shepley of Hilliker Corporation. The property is 4,000 square feet and the selling price was $995,000.
Romantique Jewelers is moving from its current location, in Bridgeton, MO. and is scheduled to reopen its retail operation on Olive Blvd. in June 2023.
