St. Louis (Oct. 17, 2024) – Renaissance Historic Exteriors, a roofing contractor and specialty historic renovation contractor, recently purchased an office-warehouse complex located at 2070 and 2100 N. Lark Dr., Fenton, MO 63026. Patrick T. McKay, Hilliker Corporation Vice President, Sales represented the buyer, R & K Holding Company, LLC , in a deal that closed in late July 2024 for $1,550,000.
Of the commercial properties’ 23,450 sq. ft. total space, the Building A (9,842 sq. ft.), is available for lease. This lease is being handled by McKay.
Renaissance Historic Exteriors occupies Building C, which has 10,000 feet: 5,000 sq. ft. office, 5,000 sq. ft. warehouse, and two 12’ Drive-In doors.
McKay will oversee the negotiations for the Building A lease. The office space includes: private offices, a large training room, break area, and 2 restrooms (1 ADA). The warehouse features: 2-12’x16’ High Drive-In Doors, 1-10’x14’ High Drive-In Door, 2 Loading Docks with Levelers, 3-Phase/4 Wire Electric, a floor drain, drive-thru capability, and a shop restroom with shower.
Renaissance Historic Exteriors, headquartered in Belvidere, IL., was leasing space at 2306 Lemp Ave. and desired to relocate its St. Louis office to a larger, more functional location. McKay assisted R & K Holding Company, LLC, the buyer, in its search for a building to purchase and move the St. Louis operations. The property search lasted for more than a year, until McKay identified a property that would fit its growing business needs.
The seller was 2 Shys LLC., and the former tenant was Paul Davis Restoration. The seller was represented by Mark Zvibleman of SVN Infinity.
