Redevelopment of area south of the Gateway Arch continues, with a sale brokered by Patrick McKay
St. Louis (March 24, 2023) – A New York-based development company recently purchased 1.4 acres of vacant, fenced lot at 1023 S. 2nd St. St Louis, MO 63104, near the Crunden Martin building. The rocked and fenced site is zoned “K’ unrestricted, has street frontage on 3 sides, and excellent 1-55 and I-44 access.. This commercial real estate transaction is notable because it demonstrates that an out-of-town developer is willing to invest in Downtown St. Louis, especially in the industrial area south of the Gateway Arch.
Patrick McKay, Hilliker Corporation Vice President, represented the seller, in a deal that closed in early March 2023. The sale price was undisclosed.
