Longtime Fenton Property Transitions to New Local Ownership

FENTON, MO — A well-known industrial property in Fenton is entering its next chapter.

Chris Hulse and Kyle Miller have purchased the 32,000-square-foot multi-tenant building at 300 Axminister Drive, continuing a long history of local stewardship at the property.

Hilliker Corporation has managed the building since 1994, bringing more than three decades of familiarity and operational oversight. That long-term involvement helped ensure a smooth transition as ownership changed hands.

The seller, the Carl C. Stifel Revocable Trust, was represented by Scott Martin and Peter Newton of Hilliker Corporation. Peder Hulse represented the buyer. With Hilliker brokers advising both parties, the transaction moved forward through coordinated communication and a shared commitment to a balanced outcome.

“A lot of real estate transactions can feel like you’re wrestling a bear while doing math in your head,” said Hulse. “But when everyone is aligned and communicating clearly, it makes all the difference.”

For Hulse, the acquisition reflects both familiarity and confidence in the Fenton market.

“Fenton has always been an area I’ve enjoyed working in,” he added. “It’s a strong, established community with great local businesses. This was simply a good opportunity to invest in a property we believe in and continue its long-term success.”

Under new ownership, the focus remains steady: maintaining quality space and supporting the businesses that operate there.
