A new 50,000 square-foot facility to be built on vacant land brokered by Will Aschinger and Scott Martin, both of Hilliker Corporation
St. Louis (March 22, 2022) – Two brokers at Hilliker Corporation, completed the sale of 12.22 acres of vacant land in Pevely, MO (Northwest corner of Weier and Lynnwood), with the sales amount of $532,303 ($1.00 per square foot). The property has been purchased by Jett Metals, LLC. and is the proposed site of a new 50,000 square foot metal fabrication facility. Jett Acquisitions was represented by Will Aschinger, Hilliker Corporation Vice President, Principal, who was the top producing broker in 2021 closing 30 transactions including sales and leases totaling $21,182,060. Aschinger initially sold a 5,700-square-foot commercial building in Herculaneum, MO to Ryan Huckfeldt, President of Jett Metals. Knowing that this was a fast- growing company, Aschinger continually searched for additional land upon which to expand operations. The seller, Bill Weier, was represented by Scott Martin, Hilliker Vice President, Principal. Since joining Hilliker Corporation as an agent in 1994. Mr. Martin has assisted buyers/sellers and tenants throughout the metro area. He has sold and leased land, office, retail, and industrial buildings.
