St. Louis (May 9, 2024) – Ideal Landscape Group, Dave Buckel (President), recently purchased the commercial building and land located at 2103 S. Old Hwy 94, St. Charles, MO 63303, the former site of a towing company. The freestanding brick office building is 3140 sq. ft., and there is a 1890 sq. ft. warehouse with drive-in doors. The lot is 3.47 acres and is fully-fenced. It was formerly the site of a towing company and offers very easy access to Hwy. 94, 364, and Interstate 70.
Patrick McKay, Hilliker Corporation Vice President, represented the Ideal Landscape Group, in a deal that closed in February 2024. This is the second location for the company, which was seeking a centralized location for expanding its client base. The sale price was undisclosed.
The seller, Winkelmeyer Living Trust. was represented by Greg Beckerle and Scott Plamp, of Beckerle Preferred Properties.
