Hilliker Corporation, a St. Louis owned and managed commercial real estate company, recently found the perfect building for an organization that holds shoe drives to raise funds for the fight against water poverty.
Solea Water, formerly Shoeman Water Projects and Water For Panama, recently moved their warehouse into a newly leased location at 3715 Pennridge Dr. in Bridgeton from its previous location at 1603 Manufacturers Dr. in Fenton. The 30-year-old free-standing building is 5,000-square-feet and will serve as office and warehouse space. Solea Water also has offices at 4818 Washington Blvd. in the Central West End.
