Sale and Renovation of former bank facility Brokered by Hilliker Corp.
St. Louis (Dec. 15, 2023) – Holland Construction recently closed on a 2-year-lease/purchase transaction of the commercial property located at 1000 Macklind Ave.,St. Louis, MO 63011. The unique 6,400 Sq. Ft. building is highly visible to hwy 40 at the corner of Macklind and Oakland Avenue.
Holland first leased the property and then completed a first class renovation of the building and initially moved in Fall 2022 before closing on the sole in November 2023.
