The property was acquired by Donovan Roofing and Construction represented by Hilliker Corp commercial real estate broker Buddy Chalfant. Chalfant first connected with buyer Mike Donovan in May 2024 while discussing another listing. When this property came on the market, he acted quickly, securing it under contract within a couple days of the listing going live.
The new headquarters reflects the growing demand for roofing services across the region. St. Charles County and surrounding areas have been heavily impacted by severe weather in recent years, including hailstorms, tornadoes, and other damaging events. With roofing needs at an all-time high, having a centrally located and expanded headquarters will allow Donovan Roofing & Construction to better serve residents and businesses throughout the community.
