Hilliker Corp., a St. Louis-owned commercial real estate firm, has moved its office from one side of Brentwood to another.

The company said today it has relocated to the Magna Place building, 1401 South Brentwood Boulevard, after spending 20 years at 2001 South Hanley Road. Thirty Hilliker agents work out of the new, 7,000-square-foot office.

An affiliate, Westwood Net Lease Advisors, joins Hilliker at its new location. Westwood, a specialist in Form 1031 tax-deferred exchanges for investment properties, has nine employees.

Magna Place also is home to the St. Louis office of Cresa Partners, a real estate firm that represents commercial tenants.
