Hilliker Corporation, a St. Louis owned and managed commercial real estate company, recently assisted its client sell a building to a local French school.
Alliance Francaise de St. Louis, a non-profit French language school for children and adults, recently purchased a nearly 3,500-square-foot building located at 930 N. McKnight in University City for $500,000. The school will renovate the space so that it includes classrooms and a large meeting event room to share with St. Louis’ French organizations. Alliance Francaise de St. Louis will move from its current 1,500-square-foot space at 8505 Delmar Blvd. in University City to its new location at the beginning of 2017.
Alliance Francaise de St. Louis is a center for DELF, which is an official certification that is awarded by the French Ministry of Education certifying level of fluency in French. It is used for school records, college applications, and job applications in French-speaking countries.
