St. Louis (Feb. 1, 2024) – Hilliker Corporation, St. Louis’ premier independently owned commercial real estate firm, proudly welcomes Powell Kalish as its newest broker, marking a significant milestone in the company’s continued growth.
A native St. Louisan and a graduate of Indiana University – Bloomington, Kalish first made his mark in the commercial real estate arena in 2008 when he joined Hilliker Corporation. With a comprehensive understanding of all commercial sectors, Powell has successfully represented a diverse clientele, ranging from Fortune 500 companies to local independent owner/operators.
