Jeff Altvater and Ashley Bowersox Broker the Sale of the Fenton Commercial Property
St. Louis (August 13, 2024) – Fenton Realty LLC, recently purchased the 7,300 sq. ft. commercial office and warehouse building, situated on 1.19 acres, located at 1601 Headland Dr., Fenton, MO 63066. The 35-year-old building sold for over the asking price, which was undisclosed. The buyer was represented by Jeff Altvater, while the seller, Griese Family Trust, was represented by Ashley Bowersox.
Both the seller and the buyer have worked with Hilliker Corporation for over 25 years. Ben Hilliker, worked with the sellers when they purchased the land 35 years ago.
