Hilliker Corporation Ranks No. 6 on St. Louis Business Journal’s “2022 Largest Commercial Real Estate Firms”
St. Louis (February 28, 2023) – Hilliker Corporation was recently ranked No. 6 on St. Louis Business Journal’s “2022 Largest Commercial Real Estate Firms,” which was published in the Jan. 27, 2023, issue.
Hilliker Corporation and Westwood Net Lease Advisors, its affiliate company that helps clients buy and sell single-tenant, NNN lease properties, had a record-breaking year with a combined total of $377.75 million in local volume of real estate transactions in 2022.
Also, according to the list, Hilliker had the following:
· Total of 164 local sales transactions
· Total of 81 local lease transactions
