Originally built in 2004 by Korte Construction as a build-to-suit daycare facility, the property was sold by GTS Limited LLC, a repeat client of Hilliker Corporation.
The building, maintained in first-class condition, was purchased by JTC Academy, an educational institution focused on supporting students who benefit from individualized attention and therapeutic learning environments. JTC Academy was represented by CBRE in the transaction and plans to utilize the new facility to expand its capacity and further its mission.
