Originally Sold in 2022, Jeff Price successfully remarketed and sold again in 2023
St. Louis (December 13, 2022) – 
Hilliker Corporation has facilitated the sale of 1.81 acres plus a 2,400 sq. ft. commercial building, located at 639 Viola Ln., Eureka, MO 63025, to Bombshell Construction.
The owner of the commercial property was Bradley Daily LLC.
This property was first sold by Jeff Price and Scott Martin in 2022. The owner’s plans changed and they went to their residential agent to list the property again. The owners’ agent recommended Jeff Price and Hilliker Corporation to lease the property because the original transaction went well. The property was eventually sold in November 2023.
Bombshell Construction, the buyer, was represented by Catherine Shaw-Connely of Tom Shaw Realtors.
