Hilliker Corporation Brokers Sale of 55,200-SF Union Facility to JF Taylor

Bugeye Technologies, a leader in flight-simulation hardware recently acquired by JF Taylor, Inc., has taken another step in its St. Louis expansion with the purchase of 1 Trans Tech Drive in Union. Hilliker Corporation is proud to announce the sale of this 55,200-square-foot office/warehouse facility now owned by JF Taylor of Great Mills, MD.

JF Taylor is a prominent DoD solutions provider, specializing in the development and delivery of advanced mission and training solutions.  The Union office specializes in advanced flight-simulation hardware such as cockpits, throttles, control sticks, and avionics used across numerous aircraft platforms. After previously expanding into the St. Louis market with two separate buildings, the company saw an opportunity to streamline its Midwest operations.

With the acquisition of 1 Trans Tech Drive, JF Taylor can consolidate and rapidly expand its production, assembly, engineering, and administrative teams under one roof boosting efficiency, improving workflow, and simplifying day-to-day operations. The building’s combination of functional warehouse space and flexible office layout is well-suited for the technical, detail-driven work JF Taylor performs. As part of this strategic shift, the company is also evaluating whether to sublease its other two St. Louis area buildings, creating added operational flexibility as demand grows.
