St. Louis (October 5,2022) – Ballkids LLC, the seller, sold this commercial property to Jet Couriers Corporation, which is headquartered in Dallas, TX. The 6,200 sq. ft. office building, site of a former printing facility, will be the company’s new St. Louis location. Jet Couriers was founded in 1996 to provide quality courier and transport services at a competitive price.
Located on “the Hill” section of the city of St. Louis, the property features: an office/flex building, a private parking lot, storage area with dock, heavy power etc.. The property is located at 2151 January Ave., St. Louis, MO 63110 and the sale was brokered by Hal Ball, Hilliker Corporation.
