Hal Ball and Patrick McKay Broker $3 Million Sale of Legal Services’ Former Headquarters to Cortex Innovation District

The previous headquarters of Legal Services, situated on a 1.3-acre site, was acquired by the Cortex Innovation District. This property encompasses a 38,800-square-foot office building with an attached gated parking lot. Hal and Patrick also brokered the lease for Legal Services’ new 45,000 square-feet headquarters at the Peabody Plaza in downtown St. Louis in the summer of 2023.
