Office/Warehouse to be used for development operations in the neighborhood

Hilliker Corporation has facilitated the sale of the commercial property located at 1530 S. Kingshighway, St. Louis, MO 63110 to Green Street Real Estate Ventures, with the office/warehouse to be used for development operations in the neighborhood. The building, approximately 70 years old and 22,000 sq. ft. (the former site of Systems Graphics, a commercial label printer), was sold on December 31, 2021. 
The seller was represented by H. Meade Summers III, the president of Hilliker Corporation. Green Street was represented by Joe Hill, the buyer’s agent. The sale price of the commercial property was just under $1 million.
