Hilliker Corporation is pleased to announce the successful sale of a 36,000 SF three-tenant industrial investment property located at 1581–1599 Fenpark Drive in Fenton, Missouri.
Our team represented the seller in acquiring the property in 2019. We assisted with leasing efforts to secure tenants and stabilize the asset. When the owner sold his operating business, which remained in the building under new franchise ownership, he retained the real estate and continued operating it as an investment.
When the owner wanted to purchase a large farm we helped sell the property for a large profit.
