Hal Ball worked with Matt Merrick for three years to find the perfect property
St. Louis (Aug. 21, 2023) – Fish Window Cleaning, a low-rise commercial and residential window cleaning company (specializing in high-traffic businesses, such as grocery stores, car dealerships, retail stores, restaurants, gas stations, etc.) recently purchased the commercial property located at 450 Weidman Rd., Ballwin, MO 63011. The world headquarters is located at 200 Enchanted Parkway, Manchester, MO 63021, and this new location will be an expansion of its local cleaning franchise office.
The company was looking for a central location, ample office space, and, due to the size of the truck fleet, a large parking lot.
Hal Ball, Hilliker Corporation Senior Vice President, Principal, worked with Matt Merrick of Fish Window Cleaning, for three years to find the perfect property. According to Merrick, “Finding the right size building with a big parking lot was a monumental task. A lot of realtors will tell you we were looking for a “Unicorn.” Well Hal found us a Unicorn!”. An added benefit was finding a commercial property only a mile from the current headquarters.
The planned move in date will be September 2023, and the company is currently operating out of the Enchanted Parkway location.

The seller, Answers Inc., was represented by Angela Kittner of the Kittner Group. The purchase price is undisclosed.
