The O’Fallon Wag N’ Wash is one of 16 locations nationwide that will offer premium self-wash and grooming services, natural pet food products and freshly-made bakery items that are corn-free, soy-free, wheat-free and preservative-free, with no filler ingredients. The business opened in early February. The Wag N’ Wash location is nearly 4,000-square-feet, and the term of the lease is 5 years. The landlord is Hathaway Scott LLC, and is represented by Pace Properties. The tenant, Wag N’ Wash, is represented by Thessen, a broker associate of Hilliker Corporation.
