Fenton Complex Sells for $9.15 Million

257,000 Sq. Ft. Industrial/warehouse facility on 17 acres

On August 31, Hilliker Agent Hal Ball represented the Owners in the sale of the Bowles Center in Fenton to an investment group for $9,150,000.

Originally built in the 1960’s by Bemis Inc. for the production of plastic bags, the property has been more recently known as a campus for St. Louis College of Health Careers (also represented by Hilliker Corp.) The property is located just west of the former Chrysler site redevelopment in Fenton, MO.

We bought the facility from Bemis in the 1980’s to house our Toby Fine Paper operation.” Stated the former owner, Hal Kroeger. “After selling the paper company we kept the property in the family as an investment- first leasing the entire property to Maritz and then a series of other Tenants thereafter” stated Kroeger. “Mr. Ball and Hilliker Corporation have been extremely helpful over the years finding quality tenants for cash flow and eventually locating an investor for this sale! We highly recommend their full range of services.
