Sale of Auto Body Repair shop was brokered by Jeff Price and Scott Martin of Hilliker Corp.

St. Louis (May 16, 2022) – Bradley Daily LLC (Steve Patrick and Brian Haberberger) recently purchased the building and property located at 639 Viola Lane, Eureka, MO 63025 from Joseph J. Schreiner III, in a sale brokered by Jeff Price and Scott Martin of Hilliker Corporation.

The 1.81-acre site is the location of Eureka Auto Body. The property has a 2,400 square foot commercial building. The selling price is undisclosed, and closing occurred in under 30 days. Bradley Daily LLC was represented by Sarah Lochmann of Realty Executives.
