St. Louis (June 7, 2024) – Dr. Brown’s, a St.Louis-based baby products manufacturer, recently signed a seven year lease on 345,000 sq. ft. warehouse space, located at 5891-5895 N. Lindbergh, Hazelwood, MO 63042. This warehouse will be used for storing and shipping logistics for the company’s baby bottles and related products; the company recently changed its name from Handi-Craft.
This lease was brokered by Hal Ball, Hilliker Corporation Sr. Vice President, Principal, and represents the fourth transaction he has performed for this client since 1989. The company has expanded from 100,000 sq. ft. of warehouse space in 2018 to the current space, reflecting the rapid growth of Dr. Brown’s. The lease price and terms were undisclosed.
