Ashley Bowersox Facilitates Four Closings in a Leap Year Leap!
Ashley Bowersox, Associate Broker at Hilliker, proved that Leap Year is a day for leaping forward! On February 29, Ashley had a big win for his clients by facilitating a whopping four deal closings within a 24-hour period. That’s right, four deals in one day – an impressive feat by any measure!
Three of these deals remarkably happened at the same location! Ashley’s tireless work ensured a smooth closing process for all parties involved. (One closing officially landed on March 1 due to a minor lease agreement adjustment, but that barely qualifies as a slowdown!)
Ashley’s Leap Day Deals:
- 7536 Watson Road:Â Ashley secured a win for Timber Peak Holdings dba Floor Coverings International, a manufacturer-direct flooring company.
- 7554 Watson Road:Â Ashley brought the sound to the party, representing Arch City Audio Visual Services, a provider of top-notch event equipment.
- 7556-7558 Watson Road:Â Start 2 Finish, a full-service event management company, can now get their party started thanks to Ashley’s expertise.
- 2151 Lemay Ferry, St. Louis, MO:Â Ashley facilitated a lease agreement between Midwest BankCentre and St. Louis Estate Buyers, a full-service estate liquidation company.
