St. Louis (August 26, 2024) – Will Aschinger, Hilliker Corporation Vice President, Principal, recently facilitated a five-year lease for Curio Press, LLC. The company will expand to a 3,520 square-foot office warehouse building for an undisclosed lease amount, located at 1573 N. Warson, St. Louis, MO 63132. The building was constructed in 1971 and features a loading dock platform.
Alexis Austin, owner/entrepreneur/influencer of Curio Press, a personalized note company, needed to expand from a 1,000 sq. ft. studio at her home, to accommodate the fast growth of her company.
With an impending move to Georgia and the sale of her home, Residential Agent, Colleen Zucker with John Jackson Neighborhood Real Estate referred Alexis to Will Aschinger to find a new home for her business.
According to Ms. Austin, “Will came over right away, understood our needs and we quickly toured 5 or more spaces. He negotiated a new lease within 3 weeks! We could not have done this quick transition to a new space without Will’s help!”
Curio Press is a thriving stationery business established in 2013 by Austin, who turned her passion for design and print into a flourishing enterprise. Originally operated from a home studio, Curio Press has grown significantly, now employing a dedicated team of seven women. Over the years, the company has become renowned for its high-quality, personalized stationery products, including notecards, envelopes, and notepads, all crafted with meticulous attention to detail and a personal touch.
