Development interest continues in Downtown St. Louis, with a sale brokered by Patrick McKay
St. Louis (April 24, 2023) – An Anaheim California-based company, Certifix Live Scan Fingerprinting, recently purchased a prominent “loft district” office/retail storefront in Downtown St. Louis. The 2,581 sq. ft. first floor condo, includes one parking space in a fenced lot, and a large public parking lot directly behind the property. This commercial real estate transaction is notable because it demonstrates that an out-of-town company is willing to invest in Downtown St. Louis.
Patrick McKay, Hilliker Corporation Vice President, Sales, represented the buyer and seller (dual agency), in a deal that closed in late February 2023. The seller was P&F Properties, owned by Daniel Cook, MD. The sale price was undisclosed and McKay has represented the seller in multiple transactions over the years.
