St. Louis (Dec. 18, 2023) – Hilliker Corporation has brokered the sale of an industrial park, consisting of four office/warehouse buildings (totaling 35,054 square feet) on 7.9 acres. Century Commerce Park is located off Old Hwy. 100 in Labadie, MO.
The Seller, Almo Finn LLC, was represented by Kevin Eskridge and Scott Martin, in an off-market investment sale. The Buyer, Century Commerce Park LLC, was represented by Joe Bosse, of NEC Commercial Real Estate.
The transaction price is undisclosed.
