Scott E. Martin graduated from Harvard University with a Masters Degree in City Planning, from St. Louis University with a Masters Degree in Finance and from the College of Wooster with a Bachelor of Arts. Mr. Martin was, for 8 years, a Vice President of an international architectural firm, serving as senior advisor for overall real estate planning for its clients.

Since joining Hilliker Corporation as an agent in 1994. Mr. Martin has assisted buyers/sellers and tenants throughout the metro area. He has sold and leased land, office, retail and industrial buildings.

Mr. Martin has extensive experience along the I-44 corridor from St. Louis to Fenton to Sullivan and has completed over 80 transactions in Franklin County, i.e. 313,000 Sq. Ft. manufacturing complex in Union, MO, 160,000 Sq. Ft. in New Haven, MO, 40-acre industrial park in Pacific, MO, office and retail buildings in Washington, MO. He sold acreage in the City of Columbia, MO for development of student housing, a 100,000 Sq. Ft. shopping center in Leadington, MO and numerous properties in Jefferson County and St. Charles County.

He recently handled the sale of the historic 386,000 square feet Masonic Temple on Lindell Boulevard. One of his recent investments sales was a ten-unit office/warehouse in Fenton, MO.
