Paul Redel

Paul Redel is a native St. Louisan who has an incredible passion for real estate, and helping companies achieve their goals.

Paul earned his bachelor’s degree in financial planning with an emphasis in financial management from the University of Missouri-Columbia. Upon graduation, Paul worked for a St. Louis-based real estate company which specialized in the acquisition and management of Walmart-anchored retail shopping centers across the country. During his time there, he oversaw 30+- shopping centers in 10 states, handling all aspects of leasing including new leases, relocations, assignments, and renewals. He was very successful at identifying and nurturing new retailers and relationships to continue the growth of the company.

Yearning to further expand his expertise and passion for real estate, Paul joined Hilliker in the fall of 2022.

Mr. Redel’s guiding principles are:

Responsiveness- Mr. Redel will always be available to the client via email, text, or phone call and will deliver prompt responses.

Paul loves to spend time with his family, including his 2-year-old niece, Marley Louise. Having played varsity golf in high school, Paul still enjoys getting out on the golf course with friends.
