Jon started his career in commercial real estate working as a leasing agent for a family-owned retail shopping center developer. While there, he oversaw a portfolio of St. Louis-area properties, gaining an understanding of the intricacies of the real estate business and the needs of local businesses.
Since joining Hilliker, Jon has helped investment, industrial, office, and retail clients close real estate deals throughout St. Louis. Leveraging his previous experience as a leasing agent, he’s worked as a tenant representative throughout the country.
