Jeff Price knows the St. Louis metro market. Born and raised in Jefferson County, Jeff attended St. Pius X in Festus and went on to receive a BA in history from St. Louis University. With a family history of residential development, Jeff dove into the sales and development of residential lots. With over 14 years of experience, Jeff joined Hilliker Corporation in 2021 to expand his field of expertise.

Field of Expertise - Since joining Hilliker, Mr. Price has participated and executed on the sale of a 515,000 sq. ft. factory/warehouse, developed and sold out a residential subdivision, bought and sold small businesses, leased commercial space, sold commercial lots, and bought and sold large acreages for residential and commercial purposes.

Mr. Price is also a board member of multiple local charities and a baseball/soccer coach. He lives in Imperial on 10 acres with his wife and children.
